WHO WE ARE...

A graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management and Engineering, and currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Shadi began his career working alongside his father in their family construction business in New York City. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, he brings his big-city expertise to the Dallas community and challenges the status quo through his innovative approach, his affinity for creative, emerging trends and traditional business ethic. Shadi boasts big achievements in a variety of retail, commercial and residential projects. One notable project is The American Dream Mall, a 5-billion-dollar retail complex, in New Jersey.  The retail super-center boasts 3 million square feet, as well as an indoor waterpark and amusement park.  Shadi’s attention to detail and commitment to his customers and his work have been integral to the business.

Randy is the dynamic VP of Business Development at Memar Construction Group, a distinguished leader in commercial construction and construction management serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Leveraging his extensive background as a successful business owner, Randy offers valuable insights and a proven ability to cultivate strategic partnerships and spearhead innovative projects. His contributions have significantly expanded Memar’s footprint across commercial, residential, and educational sectors. Deeply committed to excellence, Randy consistently ensures that every project surpasses client expectations and contributes positively to the DFW community.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Randy treasures quality time with his family, actively competes in bass fishing tournaments, and embraces life’s enriching experiences. His dedication to these pursuits showcases his passion for life and provides a balanced, enthusiastic perspective that greatly enhances his role at Memar Construction.

Zaid is a skilled Project Engineer at Memar Contractors Group, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. With a solid foundation in the construction industry, he is adept at reading and interpreting construction drawings, ensuring that every project aligns with the highest standards of precision and quality. Zaid’s expertise in field engineering is pivotal to successfully executing Memar’s diverse projects, from commercial to residential developments. Dedicated to continual professional growth, he is committed to contributing significantly to the company’s ongoing success and development.

Outside of work, Zaid has a passion for road trips and exploring new places, often sharing these adventures with friends and family. This enthusiasm for discovery not only enriches his personal life but also brings a fresh perspective to his professional endeavors.

Risto is a dedicated Project Engineer at Memar Contractors Group, currently enhancing his academic foundation with an Associate’s degree in Construction Management. With six years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, beginning as a foreman and progressing to a project engineer, he has demonstrated a robust commitment to excellence in every project undertaken. Risto’s passion for construction is rooted in family tradition, driving him to continuously expand his knowledge and skills within the industry.

Outside of work, he cherishes traveling and spending quality time with family, experiences that enrich his personal and professional life. At Memar, Risto is eager to leverage his growing expertise, aspiring to contribute significantly to the company’s projects and uphold the high standards that Memar is known for.

Manuel Marquina is a seasoned professional with over 27 years in the construction industry, currently excelling in commercial construction projects at Memar Contractors Group. Starting his career in residential construction, Manuel spent seven fruitful years mastering everything from new home builds to extensive remodels. He then transitioned to commercial construction, where he has been a dynamic force for more than two decades. Throughout his career, Manuel has successfully led projects involving the construction of shopping centers, restaurants, offices, and pharmacies, showcasing his diverse capabilities and deep industry knowledge.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Manuel is an entrepreneur who runs his own business, further demonstrating his expertise and leadership in the field. Manuel, a sports enthusiast, enjoys staying active and engaging in various sports, which helps him maintain his focus and energy in his professional life.
