SHEHADEH "SHADI" ELNATOUR
A graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management and Engineering, and currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Shadi began his career working alongside his father in their family construction business in New York City. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, he brings his big-city expertise to the Dallas community and challenges the status quo through his innovative approach, his affinity for creative, emerging trends and traditional business ethic. Shadi boasts big achievements in a variety of retail, commercial and residential projects. One notable project is The American Dream Mall, a 5-billion-dollar retail complex, in New Jersey. The retail super-center boasts 3 million square feet, as well as an indoor waterpark and amusement park. Shadi's attention to detail and commitment to his customers and his work have been integral to the business.
